The main house is perched above a sweeping front lawn with a front porch and sun room that look out over Dreamland Park, the village of North Hatley and south across lake Massiwippi. The first floor also contains a main salon with fireplace, TV room with Bell Expressvu, VCR and DVD player, a large, fully-equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, and a separate clothes room with washer and dryer. A back door in the kitchen opens onto a private stone patio with dining table, and grill, and stone steps that lead up to the in-ground swimming pool shared by both houses on the property. Upstairs in the main house there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a large bath. On bedroom has a queen bed, one room a double bed, and one room with two, single beds in a bunk bed. Across Rue Magog, next to Dreamland Park is the property's 150 foot waterfront that offers a private, pebbled beach, dock, and kayak for use by renters.
